1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "77fv", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 77fv platform, accessible at https://77fv.io, and its operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the 77fv website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services offered thereon, including sportsbook betting, live casino, slots, and virtual sports.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held within your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts issued to your Account by 77fv that are subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or markets before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Stake" refers to the amount of real-money Balance or Bonus Funds placed on a single bet or game round.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Balances, Stakes, and payouts on the Platform are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the time zone used for all date and time references on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77fv Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

77fv reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the 77fv Platform. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. 77fv strictly prohibits underage gambling. If we discover that a Player is, or was at the time of registration, under 21 years of age, we will immediately close the Account, void all bets, and forfeit any Balance held therein.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 77fv Platform is primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77fv makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. Creating or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77fv employs identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect multi-accounting. All duplicate Accounts and associated winnings will be voided upon discovery.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To open an Account on 77fv, you must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration, and any subsequent updates to your Account profile, is truthful, accurate, and current.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

77fv operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including, but not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform. Documents must be valid, legible, and matching the information on your Account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77fv will never solicit your password through any communication channel. Any activity that occurs within your Account while logged in is your sole responsibility, irrespective of whether it was authorised by you.

4.4 Contact Information Updates

You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in your inability to receive security alerts, withdrawal confirmations, or KYC requests, and may lead to Account restrictions.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77fv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. 77fv reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on your Account verification status, payment method, and any applicable responsible gaming restrictions.

5.3 Currency

All Balances, Stakes, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 77fv does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. Deposits made via payment methods that denominate in foreign currencies will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 77fv reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to your Account may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, once applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal as real money. Deposits made to meet a minimum deposit threshold for a bonus are your own real-money funds and are withdrawable at any time, subject to standard processing requirements.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 77fv are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the time of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet per round during wagering, and bonus expiry period. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

6.2 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer a maximum of one (1) time. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts or shared devices or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

6.3 Abuse and Manipulation

77fv employs monitoring systems to detect betting patterns that are inconsistent with genuine play and are designed to exploit bonus structures. This includes, but is not limited to: low-risk staking across correlated outcomes, systematic use of bonuses with predictable returns below the expected house edge, and coordinated multi-account staking. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance voided, winnings confiscated, and Account suspended or permanently closed at the discretion of 77fv.

6.4 77fv's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

77fv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, including where errors in the promotion terms are identified or where the platform suspects the offer is being exploited.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the 77fv sportsbook and casino games are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product. Bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 77fv. 77fv reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where an obvious pricing error is identified, or where match-fixing, collusion, or insider information is suspected.

7.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a system error, human error, or data feed error, 77fv reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the Stake to the player's Account. 77fv is under no obligation to honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds that were the result of a technical or operational error.

7.3 Event Cancellations and Abandonments

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond a period specified in the sport-specific rules, or cancelled, bets on that event will be handled in accordance with 77fv's sport-specific settlement rules. In most cases, bets on abandoned events will be voided and Stakes returned to player Balances. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fv Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in any form of coordinated betting fraud.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, insider trading, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or circumvent any security or access control mechanism of the Platform.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or impair the functionality of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 77fv staff members through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77fv Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77fv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 77fv intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which 77fv may seek legal remedies.

10 Privacy and Data

77fv collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://77fv.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. 77fv does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processing partners, identity verification services, and fraud detection providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

11 Limitation of Liability

77fv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary Platform unavailability. 77fv will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance.

In all cases, 77fv's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the player's Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

12 Responsible Gaming

77fv is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our obligations to those players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and e-commerce applicable to platforms serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution in the first instance by contacting 77fv's support team at [email protected].

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. All proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77fv from seeking urgent injunctive relief before any competent authority where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

These Terms shall be construed in English, and the English-language version shall prevail in any interpretation dispute.
